About the project:
The White Oaks Tributary Complete Corridor is a multi-phase project that will create a naturalized drainage channel to manage stormwater and support future development in the area. The channel project includes building wetlands to support local ecosystems.
The City of London is getting ready to build Phase 1 of the White Oaks Tributary Complete Corridor. Construction for Phase 1 will begin just south of Wharncliffe Road and extend downstream, ending near where the Bradley Avenue extension is planned. This project is being constructed with the Bradley Avenue Extension project and will support future development in the area.

Phase 2 was designed as part of Phase 1. Construction for Phase 2 will begin when nearby lands are ready for development. Phase 3 will be designed and built in the future. Its timing will coincide with additional nearby land development.
This project is part of the implementation plan identified in the “Dingman Creek Subwatershed: Stormwater Servicing Study – Master Plan and Schedule B Municipal Class EA for Stage 1 Lands, Draft Phase 1 Report” (Aquafor Beech, 2020), available here.
