A new london.ca will be launching later this year – and we need your help redesigning the website.

We are currently looking for feedback specifically related to users’ experience navigating through london.ca.

We would like you to take a quick (10 to 15-minute) test that's intended to help us improve the content placement on our website. You will be asked a series of questions to find information on a navigation structure.

Best of all, there are no wrong answers! This test is all about you telling us where you would expect to find the information.

Please take our ten minute "tree jack" test and provide us with feedback. The quiz is best to access from a desktop or computer.

As host to over 3,000,000 visitors a year, the City’s website is an important tool in delivering customer service, providing access to information and City services and offering an opportunity for residents to engage in their local government. We want to make sure it works for you!

The City and Digital Echidna will work on an improved website that helps to connect residents to City services and information more effectively.

We have completed the initial community input and feedback phase (November - January 2020) and are currently in the second stage of consultation (March – May 2020).
