Website Redesign

Computer graphic showing the City of London's official logo in the middle. There is a green background.

A new london.ca will be launching later this year – and we need your help redesigning the website.

We are currently looking for feedback specifically related to users’ experience navigating through london.ca. We want to know how you expect to see information grouped on london.ca so that we can improve our navigation to better serve you when visiting our site.

Simply sort different tasks, actions and pages into a category that makes sense to you. Then tell us what you would call those groups.

Please take our ten minute ‘card sorting’ quiz and provide us with feedback. The quiz is best to access from a desktop or computer. Your response will help us to organize the content on the new City of London website.

As host to over 3,000,000 visitors a year, the City’s website is an important tool in delivering customer service, providing access to information and City services and offering an opportunity for residents to engage in their local government. We want to make sure it works for you!

The City and Digital Echidna will work on an improved website that helps to connect residents to City services and information more effectively.

We have completed the initial community input and feedback phase (November - January 2020) and are currently in the second stage of consultation (March – May 2020).
