Valleyview Avenue Reconstruction

About this project

The City of London is planning to reconstruct Valleyview Avenue in your area to replace aging infrastructure that has exceeded its expected lifecycle. Work is expected to begin in spring of 2022.

Proposed work details

• Watermain replacement
• Streetscape improvements
• Some trees would be removed during this work, and new trees will be planted the following year by the City
• Sidewalk repair and replacement
• Concrete curb repair & replacement
• New asphalt road service
  

The street would remain open to local vehicle traffic with a few possible disruptions to driveway access at different points in the project. Lawns will be restored at the end of the project with topsoil and sod.
