In 2025, the City of London is planning to reconstruct Sterling Street, Salisbury Street and Mornington Avenue to replace aging infrastructure that has exceeded its expected lifecycle.
The map above shows the approximate limits of the construction project area. Work is planned on Sterling Street from Oxford Street East to Salisbury Street, Salisbury Street from Sterling Street to Quebec Street and Mornington Avenue from Sterling Street to Quebec Street.
Public Update Meeting:
The City of London hosted a Public Update Meeting on October 24, 2024 at East Carling Public School for a drop-in event to view updated construction plans, review tree removal information, discuss property impacts and learn more about the project.
