The City of London is making updates to our emergency shelter guidelines, and we would like to hear the perspectives of individuals with lived experience using emergency shelters.
Updating the emergency shelter guidelines will help us keep up with latest practices, provide more support services, and improve health and safety.
You can share your feedback online or in person in a few different ways:
Online:
- Submit feedback in the Comment area on this page or complete our online Questionnaire
In-person:
- Shelters will be collecting input directly on-site from people accessing their services.
- If you would prefer not to give feedback at the shelter where you are accessing service, you can attend a drop-in meeting at Central Library on Wednesday, August 28 and speak directly with City of London representatives
Central Library Drop-in Meeting Details:
When: Wednesday, August 28, 2024 from 2-4 p.m.
Where: London Central Library, Stevenson and Hunt meeting room
