About this project
The City of London is planning a construction project in the area of Hansuld Street and Dale Street to replace aging infrastructure that has exceeded its expected lifecycle.
This project includes:
Watermain replacement
Water Service replacement to property line
Sanitary sewer replacement
Storm sewer replacement
Partial replacement of existing private drain connections
Tree removals
New asphalt road surface
Construction is expected to start in spring 2022 and is anticipated to last until fall 2022 with some minor clean-up work in spring/summer of 2023.
PROJECT DESIGN UPDATE
Please note the initial proposed design of the Hansuld Street and Dale Street infrastructure renewal project has been updated to remove the sidewalk as part of the project. The removal of the sidewalk from the design will result in fewer tree removals. Please refer to the following tree removal list:
