About this project
The City of London is completing a major rehabilitation of the Grenfell Drive Bridge, which is located over Powell Drain/Stoney Creek.
Rehabilitation is required to address structural deficiencies and extend the service life of the structure by 50 years.

Public Engagement Opportunity
Join us for an in-person public update meeting on Wednesday, June 17, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. to provide an update on the project and information on what to expect during construction.

Location: Stoney Creek Public Library, 920 Sunningdale Road East, London, ON.
Key improvements include
- Removal and replacement of the bridge superstructure
- Repairs to aging concrete on the bridge abutments

Road impacts
- Grenfell Drive Bridge will be closed to vehicular traffic during construction. Bicycle and pedestrian access will be maintained. A signed detour for vehicles will be provided.
- Some London Traffic (LTC) bus routes and stops will be impacted during construction. Transit users are advised to visit the LTC website (londontransit.ca) for the most up-to-date information.
