The City of London is hosting a public update meeting on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, to provide an update on the project and share information on construction.
Please join the City of London for a drop-in event to view construction plans, review necessary tree removals, discuss impacts to your property, and learn more about the project. Following the meeting, the project boards displayed at the meeting will be available for download on the project website listed below.

About the project:
The City of London is planning to reconstruct Dearness Drive in your area to replace aging underground infrastructure that has exceeded its expected lifecycle. The work is planned on Dearness Drive from Bradley Avenue to Wellington Road.
Proposed work details:
Watermain replacement
Water service replacement to the property line
Storm sewer replacement
Partial replacement of existing private drain connections (PDC)
New sidewalks and bike lanes
New curbs and gutters
Repaving the road with new asphalt
Tree removals
