Join the City for an in-person drop-in open house to view updated construction plans, learn about tree impacts, and speak directly with members of the project team.
The City of London is planning to reconstruct sections of Pond Mills Road, Deveron Crescent, and Commissioners Road East to replace aging underground infrastructure, including watermains that have exceeded their expected lifecycle. This work will improve water service reliability and support the City’s long-term infrastructure needs.
The project includes removing existing road surfaces, curbs, and gutters, replacing watermains and water services, and adding new cycling infrastructure and multi-use pathways. Boulevards will be restored with topsoil and sod, and new asphalt and stormwater infrastructure will be installed.
Construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2026 for Pond Mills Road and Deveron Crescent, and in 2027 for Commissioners Road East.
