Proposed Environmental Assessment Study Report

The City has completed the Proposed Environmental Assessment Study Report (EASR) of the proposed expansion of the W12A Landfill site. The City is formally submitting the Proposed Environmental Assessment to the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) for review and approval. The MECP will provide opportunities for comments from stakeholders after the submission of the final EASR from February 4 to March 25, 2022.

The Proposed EASR documents all aspects of the Environmental Assessment and consists of:
