About this project
The City of London will be giving away 150 free trees on July 7 at the London Central Secondary School parking lot.
Registration is now closed and all of the trees have been selected. Residents must register for a tree in advance as supplies are limited. We are contacting people to confirm their tree selection and share more information about how to pick it up.
The trees being given away are all trees that can produce food and support urban agriculture in London.
There is a limit of one tree per vehicle.
Where: London Central Secondary School (509 Waterloo Street). Please note the parking lot and tree giveaway is accessed from Dufferin Avenue.
When: July 7, 2023, pick up between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. (while supplies last)

The City's Urban Forestry Strategy, Tree Planting Strategy, and Climate Emergency Action Plan continue to strengthen and maintain London’s trees. The City also has an Urban Agriculture Strategy that also supports the planting and maintenance of food trees across London.
