About this project
The City of London is planning a construction project in your area to reconstruct Northcrest Drive and install new watermain. Work is expected to begin in summer 2022.
Proposed work details
New watermain installation
Streetscape improvements
Partial new asphalt road surface
Some trees would be removed during this work, and new trees will be planted the following year by the City
The street would remain open to local vehicle traffic with a few possible disruptions to driveway access at different points in the project. Lawns will be restored at the end of the project with topsoil and sod.

The project was posted for tender July 8, 2022. Construction is expected to be underway closer to the end of August.
