About this project
The City of London is planning a construction project in your area to replace aging infrastructure that has met its expected lifecycle and to reroute municipal underground infrastructure.
This project includes:
Water service replacement to property line (where applicable)
Sanitary sewer replacement
Storm sewer replacement (where applicable)
Partial replacement of existing private drain connections (PDC) (where applicable)
Bicycle lane improvements
Tree removals
Sidewalk replacement
Concrete curb and gutter replacement
New asphalt road surface
Construction is expected to start in April 2024 and is anticipated to last until November 2024 with some minor clean-up work in spring 2025.

The City of London hosted a public update meeting on December 6, 2023, at East Lions Community Centre to provide an update on the project. Project boards displayed at this meeting are available to download from this webpage.
