About this project
The City of London is planning a construction project in the area of Manitoba Street and Churchill Avenue to replace aging infrastructure that has exceeded its expected lifecycle.
This project includes:
Watermain replacement
Water service replacement to property line
Sanitary sewer replacement
Storm sewer replacement
Partial replacement of existing private drain connections (PDCs)
Tree removals
New concrete curb and gutter on Manitoba Street and Churchill Avenue
Sidewalk replacement
New sidewalk installation on North side of Churchill Avenue
Concrete curb replacement on Churchill Avenue
New asphalt road surface
Construction is expected to start in spring 2022 and is anticipated to last until fall 2022 with some minor clean-up work in spring/summer of 2023.
Surface reconstruction and tree assessment report maps are available upon request. Please contact the Project Manager.

Ongoing public engagement
