Access Without Limits

Access Without Limits brings together employees with visible and invisible disabilities and their supporters. Our efforts assist the organization in reshaping environments to remove barriers and stigma, while promoting full access, inclusion and dignified participation in our workplace for all.

Supported by Senior Leader Champion, Kevin Dickins, the group's projected activities include:

• suggest content for training programs
• development of information resource sheets
• recognition of the Day for Persons With Disabilities (Dec 3)
• supporting development of the City's 2022-2026 Accessibility Plan
• review of employee benefits with a disability lens
