Outcomes and Expected Results identify what we want to accomplish (outcome), and identify the change required to achieve the outcome (expected result). The Outcomes and Expected Results should reflect the outcomes we want to accomplish for the community in the next four years.
We're asking for your feedback on what the City of London should accomplish within the key area of focus Leading in Public Service.
Within this area of focus, three draft Outcomes have been identified along with draft Expected Results for each Outcome.
