Council has started the work to deliver their Strategic Plan 2019-2023. The first step is to consider the Vision, Mission and Values.

With input collected through community feedback, Council has developed preliminary statements for each of the Vision, Mission and Values statements.

These statements are a starting point. They reflect early, preliminary thinking from members of Council, who will continue to develop and refine the Vision, Mission and Values as work on the Strategic Plan progresses. And they would like your help!

Please share your thoughts on the statements below.

Initial input will be compiled and presented to City Council on January 28.
